Terms of Service

Zynix Solutions provides comprehensive development services, including:

• Web application development (Next.js, React, TypeScript)
• SaaS platform development and deployment
• Custom CRM and business management systems
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design and development
• Technical consultation and strategic planning
• Post-launch support and maintenance

Our services are offered with flexible pricing based on project scope:

• Project-based pricing tailored to your specific requirements
• Milestone-based payments for larger projects
• Ongoing support and maintenance packages available

Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before project commencement. Additional services or scope changes may incur extra charges as mutually agreed.

• Payment terms are specified in the project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
• For projects over $5,000, payment may be split into milestones as agreed upon.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in our refund policy.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Project scope is clearly defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement, including:

• Detailed project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
• Number of revision rounds included
• Communication protocols and project management processes
• Post-launch support duration (typically 14-30 days)
• Intellectual property ownership and licensing terms

Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

We commit to delivering projects within agreed timelines:

• MVP development: Typically 4-8 weeks
• Full-scale applications: Typically 8-16 weeks
• Timelines are contingent upon timely client feedback and content provision

Delays caused by client actions may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals during development phases
• Providing necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• Making timely payments as per agreed terms
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

• Upon full payment, client receives full ownership of the final delivered product.
• Client owns all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
• Zynix Solutions retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how.
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Zynix Solutions may showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless specifically restricted.

Zynix Solutions warrants that services will be performed professionally. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or market success.
• All deliverables are provided "as-is" after the support period expires.
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or changes.
• Market performance and user adoption are beyond our control.
• Technical specifications may be subject to platform limitations.

• Zynix Solutions' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Client assumes full responsibility for business decisions and market strategies.
• Our liability is limited to the repair or re-performance of defective services.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including:

• Business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets
• Technical specifications and proprietary methodologies
• Customer data and market research
• Any information marked as confidential

This obligation survives termination and lasts for 3 years unless otherwise specified.

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date.
• Zynix Solutions delivers all work completed to that point.
• Both parties return confidential information.
• Immediate termination allowed for material breach after 15 days cure period.
